Do you offer a survey and fitting service?

Yes, we have fitters that are Gas Safe and Hetas registered, we can offer a survey to discuss your specific fitting requirements for your chosen product and then a fitting date can be arranged.

Do you do made to measure Fireplaces?

Yes, we are a specialist in made to measure Fireplaces. We can make a Fireplace to your chosen specifications to fit small or awkward chimney breasts or spaces. Hearths can be made to fit your flooring cut out so no need to change your existing flooring.

Can I have a Gas Fire with no chimney?

If you don’t have chimney you can still create a Fireplace feature in your home, there are different options available to you, balanced flue Gas Fires, Flue-less Gas Fires or Electric Fires

What is the current lead time?

Lead times can vary depending on the time of year like most businesses we have peak and off peak times. We do try our best to ensure all dates given are met. However these are dependent on the manufacturer and whether their lead times change.
